1. Duration of Free Trial

• The free trial runs from 01 July 2025 to 01 August 2025.

• Access to the Identipet React benefits, including Vet Online chat and Pet Rescue Network SOS, will automatically end on 01 August 2025 unless a paid subscription is activated.

2. Who Qualifies

• All Identipet users with a registered profile (who are not already paying for a subscription) will be automatically upgraded to the Identipet React plan for the duration of the trial.

• There is no cost to you during this trial period.

3. What's Included

• The trial includes one day of live vet chat access via the Identipet app during the month of July.

• If your pet goes missing in July, you can send an SOS alert to other Identipet users in your area. This only applies to pets in South Africa.

4. After the Trial Ends

• On 01 August 2025, your subscription will revert to its previous free tier.

• To continue access to the vet chat and other React benefits, you may upgrade to Identipet React (R49/month) or VetOnline (R129/month) at any time via the app or website.

5. No Automatic Billing

• This is a completely free trial. You will not be charged automatically after the trial ends.

• To continue, you'll need to opt-in and subscribe manually.

6. Fair Use

• Abuse of the Vet Online chat service (e.g. multiple accounts, misuse, spam) will result in immediate removal from the trial and may lead to restrictions on your profile.

7. Support

• If you experience any technical issues with the app, sending an SOS or the Vet Online chat, please contact our support team at info@identipet.com.
