Introduction:
Identipet is giving away a Microchip Activated Pet Door and Feeder valued at R7500 - to celebrate the launch of our new app!
Here’s what you need to know:

1. Giveaway Period

  • The giveaway opens on 6 May 2025 and closes at midnight on 31 May 2025.

  • Winners will be announced in early June 2025.

2. Eligibility

  • Open to South African residents aged 18 or older.

  • Three winners will be randomly selected.

  • If you are already signed up for a subscription through our web app, you are automatically entered.

3. How to Enter

  • Visit app.identipet.com

  • Sign in to your existing Identipet profile or Create an Account
    (Even if you have pets registered on Identipet, if it’s your first time using our new platform, you’ll need to Create an Account using the same e-mail/phone number and then Import your pets from our previous platform.)

  • By signing in, you are automatically entered into the draw.

4. Prize Details

Each winner will receive one of the following prizes:

  • 1st Prize: SureFlap Microchip Pet Door (R2400–R3450 value)

  • 2nd Prize: SureFlap Microchip Feeder (approx. R2000 value)

  • 3rd Prize: SureFeed Sealed Pet Bowl (approx. R1500 value)

Each prize includes free delivery to a valid South African address.

5. Winner Selection & Notification

  • Three prize winners (1st, 2nd and 3rd) will be selected from across the national pool of entrants.

  • Winners will be contacted via the email or phone number linked to their Identipet profile.

  • If a winner does not respond within 7 days, a replacement may be chosen.

6. Publicity and Consent

  • By entering, participants agree that if selected as a winner, Identipet may contact them to request:

    • A short review or feedback on their Identipet experience

    • A photo of their pet for our social media

  • Winners consent to Identipet using this content (name, pet’s name, photo and review) in social media posts, email newsletters and promotional materials.

  • No additional compensation will be provided for participation in these promotional features.

7. Other Terms

  • This giveaway is not sponsored or endorsed by SureFlap or any third parties.

  • Prizes are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.

  • Identipet reserves the right to modify or cancel the giveaway at any time.

  • By entering, participants agree to these terms and may be contacted by Identipet regarding pet safety, microchipping, and subscription services.
